Let’s Cook! Kids – Parent/Child workshop with Wholesome Kids Cook, Union, NJ
Whole Foods Market Millburn/Union, Tues., March 16. Ages 3-5 with parent 11 am - 12 noon. Ages 6-9 with parent – 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Join Wholesome Kids Cook for a unique cooking workshop just for kids and their parents. This workshop session will cook a healthy breakfast: Whole Grain Pancakes with apple dipping sauce. Parent and child will explore the wonderful world of food using all-natural and organic ingredients. In this fun, interactive workshop, learn where foods come from, how healthy foods nourish our bodies; and how to enjoy preparing and eating them together.
